1. Who we are

OnSite PR ("OnSite", "we", "us") is an online service operated by OnSite PR. OnSite helps remodeling contractors prepare estimates and invoices, record payments, generate PDF documents with their branding, organize their clients' information and receive job requests through a public form.

This policy explains what information we handle, what we use it for and what choices you have. If you have questions, write to us through the contact form on our website.

2. Who this policy applies to

At OnSite there are two types of people whose information we handle:

  • Contractors (our customers). These are the businesses and people who create an account and use OnSite to manage their work. For this information, OnSite decides how and for what purpose it is used, as described in this policy.
  • Contractors' clients. These are the people whose information a contractor enters into OnSite or who fill out a contractor's public form: for example, name, phone number, address, email, job details, signatures and photos. OnSite processes this information on behalf of the contractor and following their instructions. The contractor decides what information to store and what to use it for.

If you are a client of a contractor who uses OnSite and you have questions about your information, we recommend contacting that contractor first. You can also write to us through the contact form on our website and we will help route your request.

3. What information we collect and why

Contractor account information.Name, email, business name, logo, brand colors, business contact details and information about their team members. We use it to create and maintain the account, allow access and display the contractor's branding on their documents.

Information the contractor enters about their work. Clients, projects, estimates, invoices, recorded payments, services and products, notes, photos and files. We store it so the contractor can use the service: create documents, send them, follow up on them and look them up later.

Information submitted by the contractor's clients. When a person fills out a contractor's public form, signs or accepts an estimate, or acknowledges an invoice, we store what they submit (for example, name, phone number, email, address, job description and signature) so the contractor receives it and can use it.

Requests from our home page.If you write to us through the "Solicitar OnSite" form, we use your name, business, email and message only to respond to you.

Technical information. Like any website, our systems and providers log basic technical data (for example, IP address, browser type and date and time of access) to keep the service running, protect it against abuse and troubleshoot problems.

We do not sell the personal information of contractors or of their clients.

4. Providers that help us operate the service

To operate OnSite we use technology providers that process information for us, only to provide the service. Today they are:

  • Vercel — hosting for the website and the application, and file storage (for example, logos, photos and PDF documents).
  • Clerk — sign-in and user account management.
  • Resend — email delivery, such as estimates, invoices and notifications.
  • Database and other infrastructure services — to store account information securely.

These providers may change over time. When that happens, we will update this list.

5. Integrations the contractor can connect

QuickBooks Online (by Intuit).A contractor may choose to connect their QuickBooks Online account to OnSite. We only share information with QuickBooks after the contractor authorizes the connection, and only to sync their clients, estimates, invoices and payments with their own QuickBooks company. The contractor can disconnect QuickBooks at any time. We do not sell this information. Intuit's use of the information is governed by its own terms and policies.

Card payments. When OnSite offers card payments, they will be processed by a third-party payment processor. OnSite does not store full card numbers. The payment processor handles that information under its own terms and policies.

6. Cookies

We use few cookies, and only those needed for the service to work:

  • Sign-in session. Cookies from our sign-in provider that keep your session open securely while you use the application.
  • Language preference. A cookie that remembers whether you prefer to see the service in Spanish or English.

If you block cookies in your browser, you may not be able to sign in, or your language may not be remembered.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information while the contractor's account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. The contractor can delete information from their account and can ask us to delete their account.

When an account is closed, we will delete or anonymize the information within a reasonable period, except information we must keep by law, to resolve disputes or to meet our obligations. Backup copies may take additional time to be deleted.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to information limited to the users of each account, and the use of well-known providers. Even so, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, write to us immediately through the contact form on our website.

9. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can ask us for:

  • Access: to know what information we have about you.
  • Correction: to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: to delete your information, subject to what we must keep by law.

To make a request, write to us through the contact form on our website. We may ask you for information to confirm your identity. If your information was entered by a contractor, we may refer your request to that contractor, since they are the one who decides about that information.

10. Minors

OnSite is a service for businesses and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us through the contact form on our website and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify contractors by email or within the application.

12. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or about your information, write to us through the contact form on our website .
