If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

OnSite is an online platform for remodeling contractors. It lets you create estimates and invoices, record payments, generate PDF documents with your business branding, organize clients and projects, and receive job requests through a public form. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and passwords

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens in your account, including what the team members you give access to do.

If you believe someone used your account without permission, notify us immediately through the contact form on our website.

4. Acceptable use

When using OnSite, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Send unsolicited email (spam) or offensive content through the service.

  • Try to access other users' accounts or data, or parts of the system, without authorization.

We may suspend accounts that do not follow these rules.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may change prices with reasonable prior notice. Changes will apply starting with the next billing period.
